Can I return my product?

Yes - no worries. Within 14 days of arrival you can return the product and get your money refunded. All you have to do is to pay for the shipping and send us an e-mail with your order number.
Can I see your products alive?

Yes - see the list of retailers who have our products: Retailers. More and more retailers are added every month so stay tuned for more developments.
Will I have to pay any other charges, such as tax or duty?"

The prices quoted at the our website and during the checkout process are what you will pay to The Oak Men. All taxes are included in our prices. However you must be aware of any import duties levied by your Local Customs Authorities. Please contact your local customs authorities if you have any questions regarding any possible charges.
Is the wood treated with anything?

The natural oak is not treated. Except our "dark oiled" products that all are treated with oil and of course our "black" products are painted. When handling the untreated products you will create patina and the look of the wood will develop through the years.
